Raudhah Clipper is a private content management tool that enables authorized users to create, schedule, and publish video content to social media platforms. The Service is operated by the site administrator and is accessible only to authorized personnel.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the Service:

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate and authorize access to the Service.
• Connect to third-party platforms and publish content on your behalf.
• Process video files (transcription, clipping) as requested.
• Maintain upload history and job status logs.
• Schedule and deliver content at a specified date and time.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party platforms to deliver its functionality. By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to interact with their APIs on your behalf:

• Google / YouTube — for video upload and Google Drive file access.
• TikTok — for video publishing via TikTok for Developers API.
• Instagram / Meta — for Reels publishing via Meta Graph API.
• WhatsApp — for video delivery via self-hosted WA Gateway.

Each platform has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We do not receive or store any data from these platforms beyond what is listed in Section 2.

5. Data Retention

• OAuth tokens — stored until you disconnect the account or revoke access.
• Temporary video files — automatically deleted after publishing (within 2 hours).
• Upload history — retained indefinitely for reference; can be deleted by the administrator.
• Session data — expires after 2 hours of inactivity.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties except:

• The third-party platforms you explicitly choose to connect (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp) — only to the extent necessary to deliver the publishing functionality.
• As required by law or legal process.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information stored by the Service, including:

• Encrypted HTTPS connections for all web traffic.
• Hashed passwords using bcrypt.
• OAuth tokens stored in a secured database with restricted access.
• Session tokens validated server-side on every request.

8. Your Rights

As a user of this Service, you have the right to:

• Disconnect any connected social media account at any time from the Settings page.
• Request deletion of your data by contacting the administrator.
• Revoke OAuth permissions directly from the respective platform's security settings (e.g., Google Account → Security → Third-party apps).

9. Cookies

The Service uses a single session cookie (PHPSESSID) to maintain your login state. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts are used.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
